Individual Consultation
Individual therapy is a chance for you to
reflect upon various areas of your life with a Clinical Psychologist. Together you will
reveal strengths, dreams, repetitive patterns, family history influences and current
issues involving marriage, home, and work. Marital therapy often begins with individual
consultation, especially when your partner is reluctant to seek help.
Marital Counseling
Recapturing the intimacy and caring that
began your relationship is the goal of marital counseling. Marital therapy is needed when
a couple travels the same ground over and over without making progress. Other indications
are poor communication, inability to problem solve, decrease in sexual intimacy and
recovering from extramarital affairs. If your spouse is threatening to walk out on you or
you have just discovered theyre in an affair click here.
Family Therapy
Helping parents create a parental coalition
that enables children to thrive and excel is the goal of family therapy. Typically parents
are concerned about their toddler's inability to sleep alone, an excessively shy child, a
rebellious teenager they are barely able to manage, or perhaps relationships with parents
or in-laws that are burdensome.
Group Therapy
A supportive forum of like minded people
who come together to benefit from each others experience and to listen in on
feedback from the Clinical Psychologist who moderates and leads. Various groups focus upon
a wide variety of issues such as executive peak performance, social skills for children
and adolescents, emotional growth, eating disorders, and more.
